Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our team at PixelPai. In this role, you will develop responsive user interfaces and contribute to the front-end design of our innovative platform, impacting the digital finance and identity management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, be adept at solving complex problems, and capable of leading frontend projects that enhance user experience and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize our platform’s backend architecture to ensure seamless integration and performance across all digital environments.
Design and implement robust APIs and data structures that support our platform’s functionality.
Enhance the platform’s security and performance, leveraging distributed ledger technology and advanced encryption methods.
Architect and manage scalable and secure server infrastructure on AWS.
Lead the development of new features and functionalities from concept to deployment.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure cohesive and efficient communication and integration.
Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, continuous integration, and automated deployment processes.
Document all developmental changes and processes to ensure a clear understanding of code functionality and architecture.
Engage in ongoing code reviews, design discussions, and strategy sessions to foresee potential issues and provide innovative solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the development team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with significant experience in both backend and frontend development.
- Extensive knowledge of server-side languages, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and modern backend frameworks.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing APIs, as well as integrating with various third-party services.
- Deep understanding of AWS, server architecture, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a straightforward manner and collaborating within a team environment.
- Experience in FinTech, blockchain, or similar fields is a significant advantage.
- Strong experience with with front-end technologies (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS)
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Senior Full-Stack or Backend Developer, accustomed to navigating complex projects and advanced technology environments. Experience in sectors such as FinTech, blockchain, or similar fields is a great advantage, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful backend implementations.
